1. Who handles the data

The Provider is responsible for project enquiry data. The official business email for privacy requests will be added before paid orders open. During this pre-launch stage, use the project form or the business postal address to request access, correction or deletion; please describe the privacy request and do not send sensitive documents.
2. What is collected and why
The project form collects your name, work email, company, chosen package, project brief, optional links and reference, your materials-rights confirmation, and your acceptance of the Service Terms. The server records the request ID, acceptance time, terms version, checkbox wording and a copy of the terms and this notice. This is evidence of an enquiry submission, not verified identity or a signed paid order.
These data are used to answer the enquiry, prepare a quote, manage an agreed project and keep necessary business and dispute records. Depending on applicable law, the basis is steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in securing the service and evidencing transactions. Agreeing to Service Terms is not consent to marketing.
3. Storage, access and providers
Enquiries and acceptance records are stored in the website’s server database, not only in your browser. Authorised studio administrators can review them. The hosting infrastructure uses Sites and Cloudflare; service providers may process data outside your country. Applicable contractual and transfer safeguards must be arranged where required by law before the service is launched for those customers.
The Provider does not sell enquiry data. Data may be shared with necessary hosting, project delivery, payment and professional service providers, subject to appropriate access limits, or when legally required. Optional links should not expose personal or sensitive records. Payment details will be handled by the payment service, not by this form.
4. Retention and your choices
Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to twelve months after the last substantive contact, unless there is a justified need to retain them longer for an active dispute or a legal obligation. Order, accounting and acceptance records are retained for applicable statutory and dispute periods. Deletion requires the Provider’s retention procedure; this notice does not claim that automatic deletion is already implemented.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to relevant processing, and complain to the competent data-protection authority. Some records must be retained to comply with law or protect legal claims. Providing the required form fields is necessary to process the enquiry.
5. Browser storage and updates
The website uses browser storage to remember your selected colour theme. It is not used as the sole record of your acceptance. Hosting may use authentication and security cookies. This notice does not authorise non-essential advertising or tracking tools.
Updates apply from the date shown. A copy of the notice shown with the form is retained with each new acceptance.
