Pre-launch terms: this website accepts project enquiries, not paid orders. Payment checkout and the Provider’s official business email will be completed before paid orders are opened.
Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Boichenko Olena Hryhorivna / ФОП Бойченко Олена Григорівна, Ukraine. Tax identification number: 2989518327. Business address: 4/39A Mykoly Lebedieva Street, apartment 11, Kyiv, Ukraine. Redrise Studio is the trading name, not a separate legal entity.
1. Provider and customers
The Provider identified above supplies remote video editing, motion design and related production services. These terms are intended for business customers. The person submitting a request confirms that they may act for the named business. Mandatory consumer protections, where applicable, are not excluded.
2. Enquiry, order and electronic acceptance
Checking the box and sending a brief records acceptance of these terms for the enquiry. It does not reserve production time, create a payment obligation, confirm a price or grant intellectual property rights.
A paid project requires a written or electronic Order Confirmation from the Provider identifying both parties, an order number, deliverables, price and currency, payment schedule, deadlines, revision allowance and this version of the terms. The customer must explicitly accept that confirmation through the agreed electronic process. Acceptance and any required advance payment must be completed before production begins. The appropriate electronic signature or authentication must be used where required by law, including for intellectual property arrangements. The enquiry checkbox is not represented as an electronic signature.
An agreed Order Confirmation prevails for project-specific scope and commercial details. A separately signed agreement prevails over these terms where they conflict. Website package selection alone is not an Order Confirmation.
3. Scope and revisions
Only the deliverables, formats, duration, languages and revision rounds stated in the Order Confirmation are included. Editable project files and raw or working assets are excluded unless expressly included.
A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback within the approved brief. A new concept, a changed storyboard after approval, new footage, extra versions, additional formats or rush work may change the price and schedule. The Provider must obtain the customer’s written approval of additional fees before doing chargeable extra work. Corrections of the Provider’s failure to meet the agreed brief do not consume a paid revision round.
4. Customer materials and approvals
The customer must provide complete usable assets, clear instructions and timely consolidated feedback. They confirm that they have the permissions needed for supplied footage, logos, fonts, music, voices, likenesses and other materials, including permission for the agreed processing and intended publication.
The customer grants the Provider a limited permission to use supplied materials solely to fulfil the project. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, real customer records, sensitive personal data or confidential material not approved for production. Use demo accounts and anonymised product screens. Work involving personal data may require separate data-processing terms before access is provided.
5. Timing and delivery
The production schedule begins only after the agreed advance payment is received, all required assets and instructions are supplied, and any required concept or storyboard is approved. Dates in the Order Confirmation are subject to these prerequisites.
Customer delays and approved scope changes may move delivery dates; the Provider will notify the customer of the revised schedule. There is no automatic 48-hour delivery guarantee. Final files are delivered through the agreed electronic channel. The Order Confirmation specifies any balance due before release of unwatermarked final files.
6. Price and payments
The Order Confirmation sets the total price, currency, tax treatment, advance payment and balance. No recurring charge or subscription arises from submitting a request or selecting a monthly package. Recurring arrangements require separate explicit agreement.
When card payment through mono is enabled, it must be made to the Provider’s business acquiring account through an official payment page. The Provider does not collect or store card details. Before payment, the customer must be shown the actual charge currency, amount and any conversion basis. A USD or EUR reference price is not a promise that a card will be charged in that currency. The card issuer may apply its own conversion or charges.
Payment is not acceptance of already completed work. A payment service processes the payment; it does not replace these terms or the Order Confirmation.
7. Review and acceptance
The customer should review a delivery and send approval or a specific, consolidated explanation of deviations from the agreed brief within five business days, unless the order states another period. A business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Ukraine.
The Provider will address substantiated deviations from the agreed brief without an additional production fee. Silence alone is not treated by these terms as unconditional acceptance or a waiver of claims. Unanswered projects may be paused after a written reminder, with a new production slot agreed on resumption.
8. Cancellation, refunds and service failures
Either party may request cancellation in writing through the agreed project contact. Before production starts, unused advance payment is refundable except for specifically approved, documented and non-recoverable third-party costs, where retention is lawful.
After production starts, the Provider may retain payment for documented work actually performed within the agreed scope and approved non-recoverable third-party costs, up to the agreed order price. The Provider will provide a calculation; any unused balance is returned. All advance payments are not automatically non-refundable.
If the Provider cannot fulfil the agreed scope, the parties will agree a reasonable correction or revised schedule; if this is not possible, the undelivered portion is refunded. Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days after the amount and lawful payment route are confirmed. Processing time depends on the payment service and card issuer. Mandatory refund and dispute rights remain unaffected.
9. Rights in the finished work
After full payment and completion of the required written or electronic form, the customer acquires the transferable economic copyright rights held by the Provider in the original custom elements of the final deliverables identified in the Order Confirmation and delivery record. Unless the order states otherwise, this includes reproduction, distribution, public display and communication, online publication, advertising use, adaptation and translation worldwide for the remaining statutory protection period. The remuneration for these rights is included in the order price.
This does not transfer the Provider’s pre-existing tools, templates, reusable components, working files, know-how or third-party materials. Embedded third-party assets remain subject to their licences. The Provider must identify material usage restrictions before final delivery and must not promise rights it does not hold. Relevant permissions for incorporated reusable elements are included to the extent needed to use the finished deliverable as agreed.
Authors’ non-transferable personal rights are not assigned. AI-generated elements may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection; no exclusivity or copyright ownership is promised beyond rights legally available. Any broader rights transfer, standalone asset use or source-file delivery must be expressly agreed. Before full payment, previews are for internal review only unless otherwise agreed.
10. Production tools and confidentiality
The Provider may use production software and AI-assisted tools where their applicable terms permit the intended commercial use and all inputs are authorised. Voice cloning or use of an identifiable person’s likeness requires the necessary specific permission. Confidential customer material must not be sent to external AI services without prior written customer approval.
Both parties must protect non-public project information and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is legally required or information becomes public without breach. Any authorised service providers must receive only information needed for their role and appropriate confidentiality obligations.
11. Portfolio and results
The Provider may publish customer names, logos, project materials or completed work in a portfolio only with the customer’s separate written permission. Acceptance of these terms does not grant that permission.
The service is production of the agreed deliverables, not a guarantee of sales, conversions, advertising approval or other business results. The customer is responsible for final factual claims, legally required disclosures and the intended use of the advertising.
12. Responsibility and interruptions
Each party is responsible for its own breach and for permissions relating to materials it supplies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider’s aggregate liability relating to an order is limited to the agreed price of that order; liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence and liability that cannot legally be limited is excluded from this limitation.
Neither party is responsible for delay directly caused by an event beyond its reasonable control if it promptly notifies the other party and takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact. This does not automatically erase refund obligations for undelivered services. If an interruption continues for more than thirty days, either party may cancel the undelivered part under section 8.
13. Contact, governing law and changes
Before paid orders open, the Provider’s official business email for orders, complaints and refunds must be added here and to the Order Confirmation. During this pre-launch stage, enquiries can be submitted through the website’s project form. Formal notices may also be sent to the Provider’s business address above.
These terms are governed by Ukrainian law, subject to any overriding mandatory rules. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in writing; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. This is not a waiver of mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights.
The accepted version is retained with the enquiry. New versions apply to future acceptances, not retroactively to existing orders. Changes to an existing order require both parties’ written agreement. The English version is used for international business orders; a translation does not replace mandatory language or form requirements.
